“Our organization has a vision to support the communities in which we operate, creating a better life for people. To support this shift we aim to re-imagine leadership and work in self organized teams with less managers, which is easier said than done when the supporting structures are set up according to the old ways of leading. How do we drive this change?”

“We do research on accelerating circular economy and climate action, focusing on how universities can co-create a better world. How might we build systemic capacities that enable more of a learning society? What might a multi paradigm approach to leadership look like that acknowledges and relates to various ways of knowing and a variety of contexts, from simple to complex/chaotic?”

“Managing change as a leader I need more input and more knowledge as the demands on me and my skills grow for each year.”

“Considering the diversity of perspectives that today’s society holds, I wish to further develop common ground on which we can build stable bridges. What is needed to get there?”

“How create bridges and safe spaces where we can access the new paradigm in authentic ways?”

“I want to gain further insights on effective ways to organize, support and evolve temporary groups of any scale in a way that enables them to use collective intelligence for complex problem solving and change facilitation. I hope and suspect that development along those lines will blur the lines between society and business in a way that enables joint efforts towards sustainable developments.”

“Our organization works for sustainable development through transformation of outdoor environments around schools, using cross sector collaboration and a child’s perspective. We are interested in co-creation and complexity while transforming schools/large official organizations for a new paradigm towards the global goals. We need to practice our skills and reflect on our efforts with other change agents!”

"How do we overcome resistance to change and effectively increase awareness of the complex challenges we collectively face so that we can embrace a new approach towards change?"

"Support for my work with citizen engagement, participatory culture towards climate action, awareness and change of consumptions-based emission levels within city and regional administrations".


"I'm working in Copenhagen to bring together humans from all generations to foster a deepened human connection, which I believe is key to all sustainable change initiatives. With the support of this conference and the likeminded people I'll meet I hope to bring fresh ideas to my community."

“How do we upscale activities and initiatives and create strong structures so that the impact is greater for more people in Malmö?”

"I work with change agents that go out into European organizations. We want to drive net-zero carbon emissions as a principle. My first prototypes of doing this work focus are promising however I'm eager to experience more learning"


"How advance society to see the whole planet as the system we are working within? I’m interested in distributed decision making, sharing responsibility for actions and outcome, and creating impact with small transformations in large organisations."

"I want to deepen my understanding of how we as NGO:s can empower and work with individuals to mobilize resources, courage and knowledge to achieve positive, sustainable change in complex paradigms. What is made possible when all sectors come together to achieve change in collaboration with the civic society?"

"I wish to increase my own understanding and self-confidence in relation to collaborative methods so that I can better contribute to collaborative partnerships. Also learn to better deal with the challenge of keeping motivation up when facing all the difficulties with collaboration".
