In 10 years Sweden will have drastically fewer resources for welfare, education and social development due to an ageing population and increased inequality.  2030 also marks the year by which nations agreed to secure a sustainable future in areas such as climate change and poverty reduction. The Sustainible Development Goals inspire hope but also call for radical shifts in how leadership and organisations operate, with current approaches proving more and more inefficient in responding to an increasingly complex, fast-paced and uncertain landscape. We need to unlearn past patterns and habits while also re:imagining or iwn practisies.

Decisive action is necessary for us to adapt and continue creating the conditions for prosperous organisations and a sustainable future to emerge. But what kind of action? How do we navigate when clear goals, well-defined strategy, and control mechanisms no longer seem to take us where we want to go? How do we prepare to successully create collaborative cultures in which it is ok to not have answers and certainty?

Leadership Re:Imagined 2030 brings together leaders, practitioners and experts from various sectors to explore, learn and inspire eachother. What do we need to do today to support the transformations our ambitions for 2030 call for?

  • We invite all participants on a shared learning journey guided by their challenges, where your own experience and imagination is activated in dialogue with others.
  • We draw from the latest local and international expertise in complexity science and organisational change.
  • We explore approaches from the creative field that expand our capacity and inspire us to use a wider range of intelligences.

The program is designed with three main themes in mind. Three ingredients that are crucial to weave together when we learn and plan for the tranformative work ahead.
Challenges
Work on what matters.

The mission of participant organisations  will guide what sustainabillity challenges we work on together. School-systems, gender equality, climate change, work related burn out, or maybe food waste?
Complexity
Explore leadership and organisational development

Experianced practitioners informed by complexity science share their learnings and hosts processes focused on what they see as most valuable for leaders right now.

Capacity
Strengthen personal and collective capacity

Embracing complexity calls for us to step outside whats comfortable and use a fuller range of intelligences
. You can choose workshops where we explore how to deepen awerness, hold space for difference and work productively with generative and transformative capacites.
